How surfing is considered working only the park ranger could tell you.
Do park rangers surf while "on the clock"? This is workerart after all.
And if surfing is, in fact, a part of the job description, how does one
render such an intricate illustration while surfing the icy and
turtle-infested waters of Northern California? I'm sorry, but I don't
think this piece should be considered for consideration on the hallowed
