If you're afraid you're going to get arrested, it's good to call ahead.
Such glitzy multi-media displays are surely created to amuse and delight the viewer/reader but I think the artist/author is also forging a commentary on this very subject which is represented by the cat itself. One shivers briefly.

Critic's note: You simply must see this piece in person. On your screen it appears to be poorly drawn on a sopping wet cocktail napkin. But the piece is actually a stretched canvas measuring 15 feet by 15 feet and was rendered in caustic oils, wax, torn paper, and plaster. There may be some body fluids involved as well.
